- Analyze risk assessment process and evaluating product impact.
- Analyze, estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Define, implement and evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standard.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Prepare report to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Troubleshoot system problem.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Support the roll-out of new applications
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
- Test and evaluate new technology
- Any other tasks/projects assigned by Head of IT.

- At least 2 years experience in quality assurance
- BA in computer science, engineering or relate field
- Has working experience in software development and software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of qa
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with white box, black box testing and automated testing tools
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
- Good attitude and communication skills
- Good teamwork, fluent in English
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- BA in computer science, engineering or relate field
- Has working experience in software development and software quality assurance
